Ana Zaja Petrak is an artist and illustrator based in Zagreb, Croatia.

Ana’s style is bold and vibrant, inspired by food, Mediterranean life and nature. She works across digital and traditional media, with an increasing focus on analogue, spontaneous and expressive work.

Ana graduated in Visual Communications from the Faculty of Architecture, School of Design, University of Zagreb.

She has worked with international clients across publishing, packaging, editorial and branding, including Condé Nast, Whole Foods Market, Marks & Spencer, San Pellegrino, Penguin Random House, The Telegraph, Ferrero, Target, Il Corriere della Sera and Kyle Books.

Her work has also been licensed by IKEA, John Lewis, Anthropologie, King & McGaw and East End Prints.
